Links is a private, membership-based golf and business-networking league operated by Links Networking International, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("Links," "we," "us"), in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email hello@linkedgolf.org.
What other members see: Links is a private member directory. Your profile (name, photo, industry, company, bio, golf info, payment handles if provided, and leaderboard activity) is visible to other members of your league. Your email and phone number are shown only if you turn on those visibility settings in your profile.
We rely on a small set of processors to run Links: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Twilio (SMS login codes), Stripe (payments), Apple (push notifications and Sign in with Apple), Kit (email announcements, if you've opted in), Netlify (website hosting), and Anthropic (AI-generated talking points). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a sale or restructuring of Links (with notice to members).
We keep account information while your membership is active and for up to 24 months after your last activity. Transaction records are kept for 7 years to meet tax and accounting requirements; auth logs are kept for 90 days. To delete your account and personal data sooner, email hello@linkedgolf.org and we'll remove it within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting purposes.
You may access and correct your profile in the app at any time, request a copy of the personal information we hold, request deletion, and opt out of non-essential email (unsubscribe link) or SMS (reply STOP). Colorado residents and residents of other states with consumer privacy laws have additional rights, including the rights to know, correct, delete, and not be discriminated against for exercising them. Email hello@linkedgolf.org; we'll verify your request using the phone or email on your account and respond within the time your state requires (typically 45 days).
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encryption at rest, row-level security on our database, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; if an incident affects your data, we'll notify you as required by law.
Links is a professional networking league for adults 21 and over. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update this page, note the new effective date above, and notify you by email or in-app notice.
